The Connection Key: How to Unlock the Power of Human Interaction

Presented by Lee J. Colan, Ph.D.

Audience:  HR professionals, people leaders, talent & culture practitioners

We are experiencing a connection conundrum. Humans are hard wired for connection with other humans. It is a key component of our evolutionary survival and our ability to thrive.

However, only 30% of Americans spend time socializing and communicating in person on an average day.

Technological advances have enabled a frictionless life. The problem is: no friction = no human connection. Building human connections takes more effort than digital connections.

The benefits of human connection stretch far beyond the convivence that technology provides. Sharing our lives and time with others helps us live our healthiest, happiest, longest life!

The solution to the connection conundrum is a simple four-step approach This approach is grounded in 30 years of real-world application, and each step is supported by credible research. The actionable steps give each of us the ability to positively shape our wellbeing and the wellbeing of others.
