Cybersecurity Risk and the Role of HR
Session Description:
Data from recent surveys reveal businesses only assign a small percentage of cyber responsibility to HR. In reality, HR must play a vital role in creating a robust Cybersecurity culture. Technology has enveloped nearly all aspects of daily life in our work. This technological pervasiveness has increased the role Human Resources possess in protecting employee data, administering policies and procedures, and facilitating cybersecurity training and awareness. This presentation will bring awareness to the increasing threats organizations, businesses, employees all face in today and the part we all must play in fostering a cyber secure culture.
